Privacy Policy

The short version
ReconstIQ is a local calculation utility. Values you enter, saved calculation receipts, custom profiles, and preferences stay on your device. We do not operate analytics, advertising, accounts, cloud sync, or server-side collection for app data. The app can contact Apple systems for StoreKit purchases/subscription status and can open legal or support links you choose; those flows do not send your calculation data to Keltek.
What we collect from the app
Nothing. The ReconstIQ iOS app does not collect any of the data categories defined in Apple's App Privacy framework:

The corresponding App Store privacy label is therefore "Data Not Collected."
What stays on your device
The following data is created by you, stored only inside the app's local sandbox on your device, and never transmitted by us:
- Calculation inputs you type (vial amount, diluent volume, target amount, syringe profile, substance label).
- Saved calculation receipts and their version history, including engine version and an integrity hash of the inputs.
- Custom syringe or unit profiles you create.
- App preferences (default units, decimal display mode, formula expansion default).
- Your acceptance state for the research-use disclaimer.
If you delete the app or use Settings → Data → Delete all saved protocols, the corresponding data is removed from your device. iCloud backup of your device may include the app's sandbox per your iOS backup settings; that backup is controlled by Apple and is end-to-end encrypted where Apple supports it.
What we receive when you contact support
If you email support@keltek.ai we receive whatever you include in that email — typically your email address, app version, device model, iOS version, and your description of the issue. We use this only to respond to you. We do not add it to a marketing list. We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the issue and meet legal recordkeeping obligations, then delete it.
Third parties
The app includes no third-party SDKs — no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporters, no cloud sync, and no Keltek-operated account or app-data server. Distribution, App Store purchases and subscriptions, refund handling, and Apple crash diagnostics are governed by Apple under their own privacy policy. Legal, privacy, support, and App Store links open only when you choose them.
Children
ReconstIQ is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your rights
Because we do not hold personal data about you, most data-subject rights under GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), LGPD (Brazil), and PIPEDA (Canada) apply only to your local app data, which is under your direct control via your device and the Settings → Data screen.
If you have contacted support, you may request access, correction, or deletion of that support correspondence by emailing support@keltek.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (California): we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing to opt out of.
International users
Because ReconstIQ does not send app data to Keltek servers, app use itself does not create a Keltek-operated international transfer of your calculation data. Apple-operated StoreKit, App Store, diagnostics, and legal-link flows are governed by Apple. Support email is handled in Türkiye (where Keltek is established) and may be processed via your email provider's infrastructure.
Security
Local data is stored inside the iOS application sandbox and protected by iOS data-protection at the OS level. Calculation receipts include a SHA-256 input hash so a tampered or corrupted receipt is detectable on re-load.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, where the change is material, also note it in the app's update release notes.
