Agreement

These terms apply to the ReconstIQ app and website. For the iOS app, Apple’s Standard EULA also applies unless a product-specific EULA replaces it: Apple Standard EULA.

Calculation-only use

ReconstIQ is provided as a focused utility for user-entered reconstitution and unit math. You are responsible for verifying outputs, source material, labels, and decisions before acting. The app and website do not provide professional legal, medical, clinical, manufacturer, or financial advice, and they do not guarantee outcomes.

ReconstIQ Pro

The core single-vial calculator is free and unlimited. ReconstIQ Pro may unlock local receipt history, export, receipt management, and shared-vial math comparison.

Pro may be offered as an auto-renewing yearly subscription with a free trial where shown in the App Store purchase sheet. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or subscription period ends, Apple may charge your Apple ID according to the App Store terms shown at purchase.

Pro may also be offered as a lifetime purchase. A lifetime purchase is a one-time App Store purchase for the eligible Pro features available for this app under the Apple ID used to buy it, subject to App Store availability and these terms.

Cancellation and refunds

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. App Store refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com; Keltek cannot directly issue or guarantee App Store refunds.

Privacy and support

No warranties

ReconstIQ is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, Keltek disclaims warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Keltek is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on calculations, user-entered values, external source material, device issues, App Store services, or unavailable features. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, in app release notes.
